By accessing or using VtoMirror (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.

3. User Content

When you upload images (including full-body photos and clothing images) to our Service:

  • You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the images or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use them
  • You grant us a limited license to use your images solely for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on Service
  • You agree that you will not upload any images that infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties
  • You agree that you will not upload any images that contain illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or offensive content

4. Allowed Image Sources

We allow the following types of images to be used with our Service:

  • Photos of yourself that you own or have explicit permission to use
  • Photos of other people where you have obtained their explicit consent
  • AI-generated person images, deepfake images, and synthetic person images are permitted when you have the right to use them for this purpose
  • Product images of clothing that you own or have permission to list for virtual try-on

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Create deepfake images or AI-generated content for non-consensual purposes
  • Upload images of people without their explicit consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original design, software, features, and functionality, is owned by VtoMirror and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“Powered by EcomViz” attribution must remain visible in the footer as required. VtoMirror is powered by EcomViz technology.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that your uploaded content will not be lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VtoMirror and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Virtual Try-On Terms

Our virtual try-on feature is for demonstration and personal use. Results may vary based on photo quality, body shape, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fit or the final appearance of any product.

10. Daily Terms Consent

By using our virtual try-on feature, you agree to these Terms of Use each day you use the Service, as required by our daily consent flow.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
