Virtual Try-On Terms
Please review the following terms before generating your virtual try-on. Your agreement is required once per day.
- Image authorization: The person image must be you, or someone you have explicit permission to use. You may not upload images of minors, unauthorized public figures, or other people's private photos. AI-generated person images are allowed as long as the same authorization rules are met.
- AI try-on nature: Generated images are AI visualizations for outfit reference only; actual color, cut, and fit may differ. They do not constitute any quality, sizing, or product guarantee.
- Merchant responsibility: Product information, sizing, pricing, fulfillment, and after-sales are the merchant's responsibility. VtoMirror only provides the virtual try-on visual tool and is not party to any transaction.
- Content license: You grant VtoMirror permission to use the submitted image to generate, store, and display the resulting portfolio to you, and (when you enable sharing) to display it within the scope you choose.
- Privacy and storage: Your full-body photo and generated images are stored so they can be reused. You can delete the personal photo in Settings, and any portfolio can be switched to private at any time.
- Prohibited uses: You will not use the service for sexual content, defamation, fraud, misleading purchase claims, brand impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.
- Third-party AI processing: Submitted images are sent to third-party AI services to perform generation. You understand and accept this data flow.
